Have the Right Mindset to Lead from the Front—Professor M.S. Rao, Ph.D.—21st-Century Philosopher & The Father of “Soft Leadership”

I rose from humble origins with a toxic family background. When I was 18, I dropped out of college to support my parents financially and joined the Indian Air Force. I had to struggle hard to earn my livelihood. I sacrificed my personal time, invested a portion of my monthly salary and resources, and acquired several qualifications including DME, BSc, MA, MBA, PGDCLL, and PGDBM. I earned my Ph.D. in 2011. I understand the pain of life. I am a self-made man. I have learned that there's no such thing as a free lunch.” ―Professor M.S. Rao, Ph.D.—21st-Century Philosopher & The Father of “Soft Leadership”

When students pass out from their educational institutions they find it very difficult to get along in a new environment as they might have studied in their local regions. They should know that they have to get adjusted to totally new situations for which they need to demonstrate their flexibility and adaptability.

Love your mother but do not hate others' mother. You can love your caste but should not hate others' caste. Likewise, you may love your language, region, and religion but should not hate others' language, region, and religion. Cultivation of the right, healthy, and broad mindset is essential.

The globe has become smaller with fast-changing communication and technological inventions. Respecting fellow human beings with dignity is the key to survival and success. Besides the students need to possess communication

A right, healthy, broad, and constructive mindset is the main thing needed for all prospective employees. Sans the right mindset, the survival and success of the students would be at stake. Although the students possess hard skills they are found to be inadequate at soft skills. These days communication skills have begun to play a key and prominent role.

I am 62 years of age and a survivor of a brain stroke that occurred in 2021. My upbringing was not characterized by luxury; on the contrary, I was raised in a toxic familial environment and polluted surroundings. I do not possess either a motorcycle or an automobile. Furthermore, I do not receive any pension or a consistent income. My life is marked by numerous struggles and hardships, including mental, physical, and financial challenges. Nevertheless, despite these adversities, I have managed to rise from the ashes like a phoenix.” ―Professor M.S. Rao, Ph.D.—21st-Century Philosopher & The Father of “Soft Leadership
