“Happy New Year 2016 ― Emphasize on Full Stop, not Comma to Achieve Success in Your Life” ―Professor M.S.Rao

“Leaders think and talk about the solutions. Followers think and talk about the problems.” — Brian Tracy

Dear global leaders,

Happy New Year 2016!

You must have achieved both successes and failures in 2015. It is essential to take feedback to find out what worked and what didn’t work. First, take feedback about your achievements and improve your tools and techniques accordingly. Similarly, take feedback about your failures to change your strategies and styles to do better in the next year. Taking feedback is essential to achieve excellence and success in life.

Never Give Up

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can… begin it; boldness has genius, power and magic in it.” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Some people undertake several tasks but give up in the middle. There are several reasons for this including lack of focus and the courage to take up their tasks. They may be scared of the challenges and threats. At times they undertake the tasks and give up in the middle due to diversions and distractions. They keep a comma to their activities. When you want to achieve success in your life, you must emphasize on full stop, not comma. That means you must never give up. You must have the courage to take your battle to its logical end. Usually when you undertake a battle, nobody knows when it ends, where it ends and how it ends. But you must have a broad vision and perseverance to follow your goals and objectives. If you think that your goals are not just and right, it is better to give up in the beginning itself rather than taking up wrong causes forward due to ego and hubris. If you are convinced that your cause is just and right, and persuaded that you are on the right path, you must take it forward with energy and enthusiasm.

The road to success is not easy. You will find lots distractions and diversions to achieve it. You must constantly align yourself towards your goals and objectives to reach your destination of success. Whenever you encounter failures, take feedback. Don’t treat failure as personal. Learn from failures and change your strategies regularly to reach your goals and objectives. Remember, never never never give up!

India Offers Billion Solutions to Million Problems

India is land of several opportunities but people often fail to identify the opportunities. They look elsewhere for opportunities. It is true that another’s pasture always looks greener. They think about threats rather than opportunities within India. People must know the knack of identifying opportunities from threats to capitalize them. They must know that India offers billion solutions to millions of problems. Max Mueller, the German scholar once remarked, “If I were asked under what sky the human mind has most fully developed some of its choicest gifts, has most deeply pondered on the greatest problems of life, and has found solutions, I should point to India.”

Keep a Full Stop, not a Comma

For every problem, there are multiple solutions. Unfortunately, people often brood over the problems rather than searching for solutions. You must have an open mind to look at the solutions. You must have the courage to follow the solutions in spite of several threats. To conclude, on the eve of New Year, let us all take a pledge to search for solutions to problems and ensure that we will keep full stop to problems rather than commas.

“Life can be easy, it is only question of choosing between solutions and illusions.” — Didier D’haese
