Practice Mindfulness to Beat COVID-19

“COVID-19 pandemic doesn’t discriminate humans based on community or status. It can infect anybody irrespective of communities and status.” ―Professor M.S. Rao

Humans were into rat race chasing for insignificant things by ignoring the significant things. They were chasing something by ignoring their wellness. They searched for stones by leaving gems at home. The COVID-19 pandemic has applied a brake to them to go slow and understand life, purpose, and meaning. The virus has enlightened them to emphasize mindfulness. It grounded humans and emphasized humility. It connected all humans into one platform and emphasized humanity. It encouraged them to emphasize hope. In a nutshell, COVID-19 emphasized humility, humanity, and hope.

Coronavirus has taught to the humans the lessons on humility, humanity, and hope. It helped them unlock the hidden human power to beat the virus. Thanks to the virus that humans believed in their inner powers and strengths. It helped them to remain calm and composed and search for meaning for life.
