How to Be Happy?
“Nothing
is greater than serving others with a great heart. We live in a world where
there is a huge competition for takers and the least competition for givers.
So, be a giver and serve your societies and communities to build a better world.”
―Professor M.S. Rao
People
often ask me in the gym how I am always happy. I tell them that I have no
income, no pension, and no tension. I am still happy. Happiness lies within,
not outside. I don’t expect anything from others. I don’t have any
materialistic ambitions. I have a little money and I live within my means. I am
frugal. I lead a simple, humble, and happy life. I am ambitious, not
overambitious.
I
am happy because I share my knowledge freely with the world. I am happy because
I invest my time in the development of students. I am happy because I feed stray
dogs in my colony. I am happy because I make a difference in the lives of
others.
Conclusion
Forget
your unpleasant past. Be cheerful. Enjoy every moment. People get upset when
they don’t get what they desire. Everything happens for a reason. Avoid
litigation. If you litigate you end up in litigation. Don't expect anything
from others. Work for a cause, not for applause. Serve others. Add value to
others. Keep your spirits high. Don’t search for stones by leaving gems at
home. Lead a happy and meaningful life. Life is great.

Why We Lose Momentum & How To Regain It
“Education
is a lifelong process. It is a great amplifier and accelerator. It must help us
learn to live sustainably. It must create curiosity and open the minds of
students. It must ignite the minds of the students and help them convert
information into knowledge.” ―Professor M.S. Rao
During
COVID 19, I worked hard on my YouTube channel and uploaded videos. Usually, I
enjoy writing books, not uploading videos. I converted the threat of global
lockdown into an opportunity. I learned how to create videos and uploaded
videos to share my knowledge freely with the world.
I
received an appreciation email from YouTube in December 2020. An idea flashed
on my mind to create a new channel. I researched for a fortnight and created a
new channel to share my ideas and insights on health, education, wealth, and mindfulness

It is gaining momentum. Therefore, keep moving. Don’t standstill. At times, we
get distracted due to external forces and factors. We must analyze the reasons
and address them effectively to keep ourselves on track again.
Gaining
momentum is easier said than done. Here is how you can build your momentum and
sustain it. Be positive. Be confident. Believe in your dreams. Don't lose track. Stay motivated to maintain
momentum in your life. Become the best version of yourself. To conclude, turn
your moments into momentum.

Turn Your Moments into Memories
“My
daily rituals: I wake up at 4 AM and sleep at 10 PM. In the morning, I create
knowledge. In the afternoon, I acquire knowledge. In the evening, I eliminate
irrelevant information. In the night, I prepare for the next day.” ―Professor
M.S. Rao
We,
humans, remember good moments and bad moments. Bad moments remain as emotional
baggage. Good moments remain as sweet memories and bring us happiness and joy.
You cannot go back to the past. But you can go back if you had captured your past
moments. I often recall my sweet memories from the Indian Air Force. I forget
bad moments and remember good moments. I avoid emotional baggage. I enjoy every
moment of my life. Therefore, forget your unpleasant events and experiences.
Leave your emotional baggage. Remember the great events and experiences and
convert them into sweet memories.
You
must have the self-awareness to harness your moments into momentum. Experience
your gratitude in the present. Live your own adventure. I enjoyed photography
and captured a few moments when I served in the Indian Air Force. I enjoy
recalling them. They are sweet memories. I have created a unique inbuilt system
where I create knowledge in the morning, generate knowledge throughout the day,
and eliminate unwanted information and individuals from my mind in the night.
So, I sleep happily every day by expressing my gratitude to God.
The
memories last a lifetime. Enjoy every moment. Be mindful. Convert each moment
into a memory. Cherish your memories. Erase your bad moments. Remember good
moments. Let go of your unpleasant past. Move on with positive moments. Life is
short. Make it sweet. To conclude, learn to live in the present and turn your
moments into memories. Life is great.
