How To Set Goals For 2021 - Inspirational Video

Professor M.S. Rao’s 3 Filter Test―Time Management

Life is too Short to Suffer―Sunday Motivation

“Educators must become great accelerators and facilitators. They must create curiosity in students and provide a conducive environment for students to learn.” ―Professor M.S. Rao

Develop the right attitude towards life. Think of what you can control and what you cannot control. Don’t brood over the things that are beyond your control. It is rightly said that below-average individuals talk about individuals, average individuals talk about issues, and above individuals talk about ideas. So, explore ideas for issues. For every problem, there is a solution. Be part of the solution, not the problem. Take action.  Keep moving forward. Lead your life with purpose meaning.

Turn Challenges into Opportunities

"You rarely get things on a platter. There's no such thing as a free lunch. Everything comes at a cost. You must work hard, work smart, and work wisely to establish yourself and achieve success. If anything comes easily, it goes away easily. So, work hard to succeed in your life.” ―Professor M.S. Rao

The world is full of challenges and opportunities. It all depends on how you perceive the world. You can explore opportunities from challenges and complaints. It depends on your mindset. The world is shifting from a knowledge-based economy into a technology-based economy. There are immense opportunities globally.

You came to this world happily. You must leave the world happily. So, give your best every day to your family, community, and society. I was born into a toxic family and grew up in a toxic environment. I did not complain. I found my own way of exploring opportunities. I dropped out of college at the age of 18 and joined the Indian Air Force and became a soldier. I acquired several qualifications including Ph.D. in soft skills.

Life Is All About Service

“If someone asks me a question, ‘What is it you see when you look out the window that is visible but not yet seen by others’ I will answer, ‘I see a world filled with people with a huge potential lying untapped. If I can identify their strengths and inspire them to unlock their potential, I feel that I have made a difference in the world.’” —Professor M.S. Rao

Life is all about service. I served customers in a tea stall in my childhood. I served my nation in the Indian Air Force as a soldier. I served customers in my business as an entrepreneur. I served students in educational institutions as a professor. I serve local communities through nonprofits. I serve by sharing my knowledge freely with the world and with my Vision 2030. Everyone must serve in their capacities.

When you look at Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, and Nelson Mandela, they served their societies. Nothing is greater than serving others with a great heart. We live in a world where is a huge competition for takers and the least competition for givers. So, be a giver and serve your societies and communities to build a better world.

Message: Make a difference in the lives of others.
