India's Fight Against Coronavirus―Share if You Care!

“The fear of COVID-19 is worse than the real COVID-19” —Professor M.S. Rao

COVID-19 has connected people across the world into one global platform. I have not seen this kind of situation and challenge in my life so far. It is both a threat and an opportunity for humankind. It is a threat to humankind if we take it for granted and don’t follow the guidelines by the government. It is an opportunity if we take stock of the situation to prepare for the future to avert this kind of pandemic. One takeaway from this pandemic is to prepare a blueprint to tackle  climate change before it becomes a threat to our mother earth.

Global leaders have come together to counter coronavirus aggressively. We must take massive action immediately. The first thing is to stay at home and follow social distancing. Don’t spread rumors. Don’t spread false information on social media platforms. Social media is a double-edged sword. It is both a boon and bane in the prevailing global scenario. It can motivate the people and bring them into one platform by advising them to take appropriate measures. At the same time, it can create panic by spreading false information. Hence, people must be cautious before writing something about COVID-19 on social media platforms.

Let us be optimistic that we will come out of this crisis with flying colors. Let us believe in ourselves and hope for the best. Let us all applaud health workers, doctors, nurses, police, paramilitary forces and all other people who are working for this cause without waiting for any applause to save citizens. Let us salute them. They are the real heroes and heroines at this hour of crisis!

We will surely come out of this challenge and set an example to the world that India is capable of handling any kind of crisis. In the past, India set an example to the world by eradicating two pandemics—small-pox and polio.  India can break the back of Coronavirus easily if citizens cooperate with their commitment and courage. India is proud to have Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister who is a courageous and compassionate leader and takes bold decisions at this hour of crisis to save Indians. Jai Hind!
